Not Just a Wedding DJ
If you are on this page, you are already engaged and planning your wedding day. First, I would like to say Congratulations on your engagement.
Every wedding is unique and must be as Bride and Groom expect. For the most important day of your life, Mr V, as a DJ&SAX DJ-V, will provide the best wedding entertainment to make your day one to cherish for years to come for you and your guests. Unlike other parties, Weddings are a big family event, with a mix-up of family and close friends of all ages. It is challenging to get the party going, suit every guest’s taste, and still be as a Bride & Groom expect. This requires a high level of musical skill and knowledge of the DJ, and more important the DJ meets the Bride and Groom before the wedding, understands their expectation and works with them on the playlist and special songs for the evening.
Mr V is a Saxophonist and a wedding DJ who will work with you to secure the wedding day is as you expect it to be and the music played is the one you want. DJ&SAX DJ-V insists on meeting before you book him and at least two more sessions before the wedding day to secure everything is going by your expectation on your wedding day.
Before you say I DO, Say I Do to one of the packages that fit your taste.
The wedding day will be a very long day, from early in the morning getting makeup and hair to be done, at noon to walking down to the aisle, then is the wedding reception, after the ceremony before the wedding breakfast, and everyone congrats you as a married couple, then photographer wants you for an official wedding photo session, late afternoon will have a wedding breakfast with speeches and wedding cake cutting. Early in the evening, you will have the First Dance as a married couple, which is the official opening for the night party. After 18 long hours will be the end of the party where almost the last atoms of energy will continue dancing to the last song.

We booked DJ & SAX DJ-V for our wedding at Deans Court, Wimborne on 22nd June 2024. He is incredibly talented and the music throughout our whole wedding day was amazing. The sax performance during our post ceremony drinks was so so good and the evening party was an absolute VIBE!!! Our dance floor was heaving at 6:30pm before our evening guests had even arrived! You Need Mr V at your Wedding!I wasn’t 100% sure on what I wanted for our wedding music wise, but I’m SO glad I found Mr V! Luckily, we found Mr V on Hitched and reached out to him. I was intrigued by the DJ and sax offering, and after speaking with him, we were sold on having him at our wedding. Now if you think you don’t need a sax at your wedding, you’re wrong! Mr V and his sax are amazing and I can’t tell you how many of our guests were praising me on having him there! The whole wedding party absolutely LOVED Mr V!We had 3 calls with Mr V. One intro call where we got to know him and he got to know us and the type of music we wanted etc. The other 2 calls were closer to the wedding to finalise some details and timings for the day to make sure it was perfect and ran smoothly. I must say I appreciated having those last meetings as it put my mind at ease and ensured things ran smoothly on the day.Mr V was also helpful with giving us suggestions of different types of songs we might want for different times throughout the evening. And suggesting that as well as a father daughter dance, that sometimes people have mother son ones too. He never pushed these suggestions on us, but was giving us additional options should we want them and we really appreciated that. As a result we did actually add in the mother son dance, which my mother in law was over the moon about.His sax skills are absolutely fantastic too! When we came out to do the confetti tunnel he started playing and everyone loved it! He really created an amazing atmosphere and kept the energy going all day and night! And considering how hot it was on our wedding day (32 degrees!) he did great to keep going despite the heat! A true showman! Our guests were loving dancing with Mr V on the dancefloor with his sax too, in fact my husband was the main one as you can see from the photos attached!Mr V also reached out to us a few months before the wedding and let us know he has a photobooth offering now too. Well, he had great timing as we had just decided we also wanted a photobooth! As we'd already booked him for the day, he gave us better rates to add in the photobooth too, so that was really great. And this photobooth isn't an eye sore and was great, as we were able to customise the frames on the photos, and friends and family could easily get the photos then and there. On top of that it also had boomerangs, gifs and videos that you could create too. So it was a really great addition to have at our wedding that our guests really loved!I 100% recommend Mr V if you're looking for wedding entertainment, or even for other big events too! He really is an amazing person and he helped make our wedding day so special. I'm so so glad we found Mr V for our big day!

Vlatko was great at reading the room and playing what the guests would enjoy at our wedding this month. We can not recommend Mr V highly enough! He's more than your average DJ and really cares about personalising his service to you. He was just amazing both in the lead up to and on the day of the wedding! The live music was a special edition to the drinks reception, and the photo booth was just perfect for capturing some memories after the photographer had clocked off for the evening. The fact it could capture GIFs and video as well as photos was a feature that everyone enjoyed! Mr V was also really accommodating when we slipped in a last minute request that meant so much to us as it was played at the Groom's parents wedding. Everyone complimented us on the music, the sax, and the photo booth - they made a big impact on the day!

DJ-V was an absolute sensation at our wedding's evening party. I lost count of the number of people that came up to me and asked "Who is the guy with the saxophone?!", followed by, "Where did you find him?!".We gave DJ-V a tricky set of songs to play throughout our evening party, ranging from 80s classics to modern drum n bass. I was so impressed that he managed to fit all of our "must-play" songs in a way that worked and I can't remember a time in the evening when the dance floor wasn't full. What a fantastic atmosphere DJ V (Vlatko) created at our wedding last Friday, from his superb sax playing (which impressed everyone) to his knowledge of not only what will get people on the dance floor but what will keep people on the dance floor.
